About the event
The meeting will be held in person. We kindly ask that you arrive by 9:30am to allow time for sign-in and refreshments before we begin promptly at 10:00am.
The Notice Paper has been sent to members. It contains important information about the meeting, including previous meeting minutes to be confirmed and the items we are asking Members to consider and vote on.
We’ll go through the paper together on the day, but we encourage you to read it beforehand so you're familiar with it.
